Fried Mozzarella Fingers

Ingredients
- 12 Tempo Mozzarella Cheese Fingers (2cm x 2cm x 10cm)
- 60g Tempo Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Tempo Full Cream Milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp tarragon
- Sufficient amount of vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
- Place the milk in a flat dish and add the mozzarella fingers leave it in for about an hour
- Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it with the breadcrumbs
- Beat the eggs and add the salt and tarragon
- Dip the mozzarella fingers in the eggs and coat it with breadcrumbs mix
- Fry the fingers until golden
These crisp bundles of flavour are a great addition to an antipasto platter.
