Fried Mozzarella Fingers

Ingredients

  • 12 Tempo Mozzarella Cheese Fingers (2cm x 2cm x 10cm)
  • 60g Tempo Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Tempo Full Cream Milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • Sufficient amount of vegetable oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Place the milk in a flat dish and add the mozzarella fingers leave it in for about an hour
  2. Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it with the breadcrumbs
  3. Beat the eggs and add the salt and tarragon 
  4. Dip the mozzarella fingers in the eggs and coat it with breadcrumbs mix
  5. Fry the fingers until golden

These crisp bundles of flavour are a great addition to an antipasto platter.
