Grilled Olive & Mozzarella Bruschetta

Preparation
- Slice a breadstick into 1/2” slices and toast lightly.
- Rub a cut garlic clove on one side of each slice.
- Top each slice with a teaspoon of chopped black olives.
- Cover each slice with Shredded Mozzarella and decorate with a halved olive (pip removed).
- Grill under a hot grill until the cheese has melted and starts to go brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
