Fresh Tomato, Cheddar & Herb Crusted Baguette

Preparation
- Slice a freshly baked French Baguette lengthwise and put the two halves side by side, cut side up on a baking tray.
- Sprinkle liberally with Tempo Shredded Cheddar, and then top with sliced tomatoes, chopped rosemary and thyme.
- Sprinkle more Shredded Cheddar on top and more chopped herbs.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese melts and starts to bubble.
- Serve as normal bread during any meal.
