Gourmet Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
- 500g Tempo Quarg
- 120g Butter (room temp.)
- 2 egg, (room temp.)
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 4 cups plain flour
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200°c. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups or use patty cups.
- Beat the Quarg and butter together until fluffy.
- Beat the egg, cream and vanilla together, and add it to the Quarg and butter.
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, and then sift it into the mixture until flour is moistened.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Fill the muffin cups with the mixture 3/4 full. Bake until tops are golden
