Ingredients

  • 250g Tempo Quarg cheese
  • 50g Sun dried tomatoes chopped
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 25g Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 5 leafs of fresh Basil
  • Black pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process for 2-4 minutes or until the required texture is achieved.
