Ingredients
- 250g Tempo Quarg cheese
- 50g Sun dried tomatoes chopped
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 25g Grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 5 leafs of fresh Basil
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process for 2-4 minutes or until the required texture is achieved.
